"I got served by George today and received fantastic customer service. I wanted to try the iced white chocolate caramel macchiato but I wasn't sure if I would like it. George kindly offered to make me another drink if I didn't like it. The drink was very nice and needless to say, I didn't take him on his offer (and I wouldn't have, even if I did not enjoy it as it was my choice after all!). However, it was very thoughtful that he wanted me to leave with a drink I'd enjoy. I would return to this Starbucks just because of the outstanding service I receive."

"Been in here a few times, drink quality has been abit mixed. Some have been made correctly others that I have asked for cream on were not made with cream. Staff are pleasant and building is nice. I don't like the screens as can be looking through the menu and then it changes. I find it easier to load up just eat and check menu there rather than in-store but this particular problem is an issue at all Starbucks branches. Personally I think it's better than Costa Coffee across the road"

"This Starbucks is a great addition to Cheadle. I never leave reviews but It makes me sad reading some of the more negative reviews on here especially about the staff as they sound a bit personal. We treat ourselves to a coffee before a dog walk and its dog friendly so pup gets some whipped cream too! It’s a big shop with ample seating if you want to drink inside. The staff are pleasant and are just as nice as any other Starbucks. It’s cashless but we are in 2024 now, cash is on its way out - it’s not that strange. My only suggestion is that the tables could be cleaned more often but carry on doing what you are doing."

"Been coming in here a while now and I have to say the staff are exceptional. Always get served with a smile and a polite hello. Not had one bad cup of coffee whilst in here. However, the cleanliness does need to improve. I understand it gets busy but the walls have been in the state pictured the whole time I've been coming in!"

"Very modern looking Starbucks with high ceilings and lots of light. It would be nice to see a bit more colour, but does provide a nice calming environment. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and although they were rushed, still took the time to apologies for the delay and made sure my order was OK. My drink was delicious as always."
